We may modify or revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do so, we will revise the “last updated” date at the bottom of the Privacy Policy. We recommend to review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Service to stay informed of our privacy practices.

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your password and not to reveal this information to others. There is personal data in each user’s NUWANDAS account. For this reason, passwords are hashed so that they are not readable by NUWANDAS. This also means that we cannot resend forgotten passwords. If you do not remember your password you have the option to reset it.

Upon becoming aware of any Personal Data Breach, NUWANDAS will (i) without undue delay notify you, and where feasible, in any event no later than 24 hours from becoming aware of the Personal Data Breach, (ii) promptly take reasonable steps to contain and investigate any Personal Data Breach and (iii) provide all reasonable information and cooperation necessary for you to fulfil its Personal Data Breach requirements under Data Protection Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are responsible for notifying the Personal Data Breach to the competent Supervisory Authority. A notification of or response to a Personal Data Breach shall not be construed as an acknowledgment by NUWANDAS of any fault or liability with respect to the Personal Data Breach.

10. How to obtain a copy of your personal information

You can request copies of any of your personal information which are being processed via the Service.

11. Review, correct and restrict your personal information

You can review, correct and restrict processing your personal information provided through the Service by going to the page on which you provided the information. In the case that you restrict processing your personal information, we may not be able to provide you our Service any longer. In all cases, you can make a subject access request to review your personal information collected via the Service. We may take steps to verify your identity before providing you access to your personal information. You can help us to maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying us of any change.

12. Deletion of your personal information
